These rules apply to the use of the Pivnica Radošina.sk Portal.

Rules for the use of cookies

  1. Pivnica Radošina uses cookies on the Portal to collect information about users. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your device (e.g. mobile device or computer) when you use the Portal and stores information about your devices, actions and settings for a certain period of time. The cookie will allow the Portal to recognize you browser or store your settings and other information on your next visit. This is standard practice for most web portals.

  3. Pivnica Radošina may place its own cookies on your device, and the information and data obtained from these cookies is governed by the Privacy Policy (POS).
  4. We may use two types of cookies within the Portal, so-called persistent cookies or session cookies. While session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, persistent cookies will remain on your device after you close your browser and will be used the next time you visit the Portal.
  5. The Portal may also use other tools for tracking and detecting user information with similar functionality (e.g. web beacons, Flash cookies, tracking URLs).

Pivnica Radošina uses cookies and similar tracking tools for a number of purposes, in particular to:

  1. making the Portal and its functionalities accessible and operating in the required quality and comfort for the user, e.g. by automatically logging into the user account, ensuring security after logging in, inserting posts and comments and counting the number of views and starts of videos;
  2. making the Portal and its functionalities accessible, operable on different websites, devices and browsers;
  3. monitoring and analysing the performance, operation and efficiency of the Portal and improving it, e.g. how many visitors (users) have been to the Portal or what browsers they are using;
  4. preventing misuse of the Portal and preventing and detecting fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
  5. We also place social network cookies (Facebook, Google+) on the Portal to improve and simplify the user interface of the Portal.
